The MiningWorld Events team will provide a full-service press room throughout the course of the MiningWorld Central Asia Exhibition to assist media who are covering the exhibition and its exhibitors. Admittance is restricted to media with proper press credentials.

Exhibitors are encouraged to provide company press releases for dissemination through the press room. The MiningWorld Events team also has press conference rooms available for exhibitor use. For pre-show and post-show mailings, contact lists are available listing editors of publications in the shows' advertising trade out program. On-Site Press Events: During exhibition dates and hours, exhibitors and their representatives may host a press conference only on-site, using a specially designated room, or in their own exhibition stand with the permission of the MiningWorld Events team (ITE Group plc). During the exhibition dates, exhibitors may host a press conference two hours before or after exhibition hours in their exhibition stand with permission of MiningWorld Events team.

All press conferences should be registered with MiningWorld Central Asia exhibition organizers prior to the exhibition so they can be included in a listing of sent to pre-registered media and posted in the press room and exhibition official catalogue.
