Being well aware of the potential that Kazakhstan is offering to mining companies and mining suppliers to develop a profitable business on long-term, it became one of CAMESE's priority to promote this market among our members. The MiningWorld Central Asia exhibition was well prepared especially on the marketing side and the exhibition site is adequate for hosting such event. As well one could appreciate a wider range of products, making the exhibition more attractive to potential buyers. It was encouraging to see an increase of foreign companies especially from Europe and other CIS countries.

The MiningWorld Central Asia trade exhibition represents a valuable platform for CAMESE and the Canadian mining suppliers to better evaluate the business opportunities in Kazakhstan and to meet with potential local representatives and customers. The quantity and quality of contacts established during the event did meet our expectations. The Kazakhstan market for mining suppliers is attractive and deserves full attention for those that are prepared to explore new business opportunities.
